Platform Acceptable Use Policy
The Mokuso platform (Mokuso) is a self-service platform provided by Nexteam Limited (company number 11698058) (Nexteam) to combat sports clubs (clubs). Information inputted into Mokuso by users may be shared with relevant clubs.
There are some rules for users to follow in using the app and its content. These rules are for the benefit of the clubs and Nexteam. Users include senseis and club staff on behalf of a club (admin users), and members and students of a club (student users).
Student users must be over 18 years old. Parents or carers or children between the ages of 13 and 17 may be student users to manage memberships for these children.
Note that:
-
arrangements to make Mokuso available to users are made between Nexteam and clubs. Nexteam does not have any responsibility to individual users for the availability of Mokuso, nor its features or content; and
-
arrangements for club memberships, classes, and fees facilitated by Mokuso are made directly between student users and clubs. Payments facilitated by payment providers via Mokuso are made directly to clubs.
Student users should contact the relevant clubs with any queries about these matters.
These terms may be updated from time to time. They were last updated on 26 September 2023.
